Amazon.com Product Description
The Timex Marathon Stopwatch (model T5G811) features digital quartz movement and a 50-lap memory. It also offers a workout memory with best lap/ average lap/total time with date, a countdown timer, pacer, and speed calculation. The display is readable in the dark, thanks to the Indiglo night light. This model has a black polyurethane case, silver polyurethane bezel, black and yellow selector buttons, and silver Indiglo and mode buttons. It’s water resistant to 50 meters (165 feet).
The Indiglo night-light uniformly lights the surface of the watch dial using patented blue electroluminescent lighting technology. It uses less battery power than most other watch illumination systems, enabling this stopwatch battery to last longer–up to 2 years.
Customer reviews
Love the fnctions and the backlight
by .. Glenn E. Graham (Pflugerville, TX USA)
I bought it because of the backlight (which works great for late night jogs). The other features are also great and easy to use. I love this stop watch.
Poor in many ways
by .. Noah Mathews ()
As a cross country and track&field coach, I live and die by my stopwatch.
1) Very confusing with poorly written directions (I build my own PCs, so I consider myself fairly savvy with technology).
2) Watch says WR 50M, but obviously not rain resistant. Ever since I got caught in the rain at a track meet, the watch has intermittently stopped working.
